Terms of Use
By using Allure TeleHealth, you agree to the following general terms in addition to any other agreements or consents presented to you during registration or visits.
No emergency care
This service does not provide emergency or crisis care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department instead of using this site.
Scope of services
We provide time-limited telehealth visits for adults for certain non-emergent conditions. We may decide that telehealth is not appropriate for your situation and recommend in- person evaluation instead.
No guarantees of treatment
Completing an intake form or scheduling a telehealth visit does not guarantee that any specific diagnosis, test, or medication will be provided. Prescribing decisions are made at the clinician's discretion based on clinical judgment and current guidelines.
Payments and refunds
Telehealth visits are typically billed as a flat fee, due at the time of scheduling. Crypto payments are generally final due to the nature of blockchain transactions. Refunds are limited to situations where a visit cannot be reasonably initiated or completed, and are at the discretion of the practice.
No legal or financial advice
The content on this site is for medical care and patient education only. It does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for those topics.
This summary is provided for convenience and does not replace a formal Terms of Use agreement drafted or reviewed by an attorney. You should have a healthcare attorney review and customize your terms, consent, and privacy documents before launching at scale.
