Medically guided weight-loss care, from your couch.
Work directly with a board-certified family physician to explore safe, evidence-based weight-loss options — including lifestyle strategies and modern medications when appropriate. No waiting room, no rushed visits.
Not for emergencies or unstable medical conditions. We do not prescribe controlled substances. All prescriptions are at the clinician's discretion based on your history, exam, and safety profile.
What a typical weight-loss visit looks like
- 1Complete a focused intake with your weight history, current medications, and health conditions.
- 2Pay a flat visit fee with card or crypto to confirm your telehealth appointment.
- 3Meet with Dr. Soto by video or phone to review your options, including lifestyle strategies and medications when safe.
- 4Follow-up care for dose adjustments, side-effect monitoring, and keeping you on track.
We may recommend labs, in-person exams, or specialist care if anything concerning appears in your history.
Not every patient needs — or should take — a weight-loss medication.
We start by understanding your story: previous attempts, mental health, sleep, nutrition, and medical history. Only then do we discuss whether medications such as GLP-1 agonists may fit into a safe, sustainable plan.
- • Review of current & past medications
- • Blood pressure, cardiovascular, and metabolic risk review
- • Discussion of realistic expectations & timelines
- • Safety netting and when to seek in-person care
Examples (not a guarantee of prescription):
- • GLP-1 receptor agonists (where appropriate)
- • Non-GLP agents for select patients
- • Supportive meds for sleep, mood, or comorbidities
Every prescription decision is individual and based on your history, exam, safety considerations, and current guidelines.
Students and professionals welcome.
Between classes, rotations, shifts, and family, it’s easy to put your own health last. We make it simple to check in about weight, energy, and long-term risk — without spending half a day in a waiting room.
We offer transparent pricing, flexible hours, and repeat-visit options for ongoing weight-loss care.
Who this program is not for
- • Medical emergencies or chest pain
- • Active eating disorders or severe psychiatric crises
- • Unstable heart failure, recent heart attack, or stroke
- • Patients seeking controlled substances for weight loss
If you're unsure whether a telehealth weight-loss visit is appropriate for you, you can start the intake and we will advise you if in-person evaluation is safer.
